Digital products (PDFs): Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not accepted once the file has been downloaded.
Printed books: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unopened items. Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the item has been opened.
Returns and exchanges for defective goods:
